I’ve delegated to the TSC Stake Pool, when is my staked ADA considered for rewards?
ADA staked within any ADA Stake Pool takes two Epochs to transition from live to active stake. ADA must be considered active to be considered for rewards.
I’ve waited 2 Epochs and my ADA is considered Active Stake, when will I receive rewards?
Rewards are acquired during Epochs in which TSC Stake Pool produces at least one block. Rewards from Epoch X will be distributed to the delegators in Epoch X + 2.
My ADA is considered Active Stake, why did I not receive rewards for a given Epoch?
Rewards are only acquired during Epochs in which TSC Stake Pool produces at least one block. Rewards are not distributed during Epochs with 0 blocks produced. TSC Stake Pool does not have control over the number of blocks allocated for a given Epoch. The probability of 1 or more blocks for a given Epoch increases as the TSC Stake Pool saturation increases.
Are TSC Stake Pool Operators in charge of distributing rewards to delegators?
No. TSC Stake Pool Operators do not handle distribution of delegator rewards. Reward distribution is handled by Cardano.
What is the expected return staking with TSC Stake Pool?
The expected yearly return is ~5%.
Does my wallet need to be open to receive rewards?
No. Rewards will be acquired even when your Daedalus or Yoroi wallet is closed.
I would like to leave the TSC Stake Pool, is there a waiting period to do so?
No. ADA staked within the pool can immediately be removed from the pool without any waiting period. Staking your ADA to another pool from TSC Stake Pool will take 2 Epochs to transition to your new pool.
